After completing his Anesthesia residency and Pain Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Kim became board certified in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. His areas of interest are interventional and minimally invasive spine procedures, implantable intrathecal pumps and drug delivery systems, and neurostimulation for pain.

He was awarded the following:

Dr. Kim is a nationally recognized speaker on various interventional and minimally invasive spine procedures, He lectures, teaches and is involved in numerous clinical research projects. Dr. Kim is a reviewer for various academic magazines and has written chapters and articles for many publications.

His private practice seeks to be a center for excellence in pain and spine care involved in clinical research and new technologic advances.
